RESOMER® R 202 H is an innovative controlled-release polymer containing poly (D, L-lactide) with an acid end group for pharmaceutical applications. RESOMER® R 202 H has an inherent viscosity of 0.16 to 0.24 dL/g.
RESOMER® R 202 H is a bioabsorbable excipient homopolymer characterized by its high molecular weight and a low inherent viscosity of 0.16 to 0.24 dL/g. Formulated with an acid-terminated poly (D,L-lactide) polymer formed via polycondensation, RESOMER® R 202 H has undergone solvent purification for reduced residual monomer levels and extended stability. Suitable for use with small molecules, peptides, proteins, and other substances, this polymer provides parenteral controlled release of microparticles, in-situ depot formulations, and drug-loaded implants for pharmaceutical applications.
