RESOMER® RG 504 H is a solvent-purified poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) polymer with an acid end group and inherent viscosity of 0.45-0.60 dL/g. RESOMER® RG 504 H has a degradation period of 3 months maximum.
RESOMER® RG 504 H is an acid-terminated version of RESOMER® RG 504 poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) copolymer containing a blend of 50 mol % D,L-Lactide and 50 mol % Glycolide for pharmaceutical controlled release. This lactide polymer provides specialty delayed release capabilities ensuring the controlled release of peptides, microparticles, small molecules, proteins, and more in in-situ depot formulations, long-acting medication delivery systems, and drug-loaded implants.
RESOMER® RG 504 H complies with FDA, GMP, EHS, DIN ISO 9001, MAF, and DMF regulations.
RESOMER® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in a variety of molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
