RESOMER^® RG 505 is a biodegradable polymer commonly used in controlled-release pharmaceutical applications, such as in-situ depot formulations, long-acting medication delivery systems, and drug-loaded implants. It is composed of a blend of 50 mol % D,L-Lactide and 50 mol % Glycolide with a high inherent viscosity of 0.61─0.74 dL/g. It is also compatible with a wide range of medical substances, peptides, microparticles, small molecules, and proteins for versatility.

RESOMER^® RG 505 complies with FDA, GMP, EHS, DIN ISO 9001, MAF, and DMF regulations.

RESOMER^® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in various molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
