RESOMER® RG 750 S
RESOMER® RG 750 S is a bioresorbable copolymer that is part of Evoniks RESOMER RG family of poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) polymers, known for their versatile capabilities in advanced drug delivery systems. RESOMER® RG 750 S has an inherent viscosity of 0.8─1.2 dL/g and a degradation period of 6 months.
RESOMER® RG 750 S is a biocompatible and biodegradable copolymer composed of poly (D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) recommended for the development of nano and microparticles used in parenteral controlled release applications in the pharmaceutical industry. Designed by Evonik to provide controlled drug release n long-acting medication delivery systems, RESOMER® RG 750 S is fully metabolization in the body and ideal for terminal sterilization. Upon formulation, RESOMER® RG 750 S also undergoes solvent purification to reduce residual monomer levels for improves product quality and performance.
RESOMER® RG 750 S offers easily tuned polymer properties, such as crystallinity, to meet formulation requirements.
