RESOMER® RG 752 S
RESOMER® RG 752 S is a premium lactide-based copolymer containing a 75:25 mol ratio of D,L-lactide and glycolide with an alkyl end group. Available as a white to off-white granule powder, RESOMER® RG 752 S has an inherent viscosity of 0.16─0.24 dL/g and an extended degradation time of 6 months.
RESOMER® RG 752 S is a high molecular weight biodegradable excipient composed of 75 mol % D,L-lactide and 25 mol % Glycolide to form a poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) copolymer. It is commonly used in the developement of parenteral drug devices, such as drug-loaded implants, in-situ depot formulations, and long-acting medication delivery systems, providing controlled drug delivery and enhanced degradation time.
RESOMER® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in various molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
