RESOMER® RG 753 H is a high-quality pharmaceutical polymer designed to provide controlled drug delivery to parenteral drug systems. It contains a medium-viscosity blend of 75 mol % D,L-lactide and 25 mol % Glycolide with a free carboxylic acid end group.
RESOMER® RG 753 H is an innovative controlled release polymer for delayed drug delivery in pharmaceutical systems such as drug-loaded implants, in-situ depot formulations, and long-acting medication delivery systems. It is formulated with a blend of 75% d,l-lactide and 25% glycolide with a free carboxylic acid end group and offers a degregradation period of 6 months. It is naturally metabolized by the body to minimize any adverse reactions and its enhance effectiveness.
RESOMER® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in various molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
