RESOMER^® RG 753 S is a white-to-off-white powder excipient containing 75% D,L-lactide and 25% Glycolide. Its unique combination of biocompatibility, biodegradability, and mechanical properties enhances performance in medical and pharmaceutical drug systems, such as drug-loaded implants, in-situ depot formulations, and long-acting medication delivery systems. It also provides exceptional controlled drug release capabilities with excellent absorbtion and metabolization in the body, reducing adverse effects. RESOMER^® RG 753 S has an inherent viscosity range of 0.50─0.70 dL/g.

RESOMER^® polymers have been purified for a reduced residual monomer content and are available in various molecular weights and viscosity ranges to meet application needs. All polymer properties can also be adjusted to match formulation requirements.
