RESOMER® RG 757 S
RESOMER® RG 757 S is a high-performance solvent-purified co-polymer containing a 75:25 mol ratio of D,L-Lactide and Glycolide with an inherent viscosity of 0.9─1.3 dL/g and a degradation period of 6 months.
RESOMER® RG 757 S is a white to off-white solid bioabsorbable excipient recommended for parenteral controlled release applications in the pharmaceutical industry. Formulated with an acid-terminated poly (D,L-lactide) polymer formed via polycondensation, RESOMER® RG 757 S has undergone solvent purification for reduced residual monomer levels and extended stability. It offers excellent compatibility with nanoparticles, microparticles, peptides, proteins, and other substances used for controlled release applications like long-acting medication delivery systems, in-situ depot formulations, and drug-loaded implants.
RESOMER® RG 757 S offers easily tuned polymer properties, such as crystallinity, to meet formulation requirements.
