Galaxium Pearls Excel is a granulated calcium salt of natural lactic acid produced by Galactic through fermentation. This innovative pearl form of calcium lactate pentahydrate offers high purity that improves solubility while decreasing interactions such as oxidation and separation.
Galaxium Pearls Excel is a granulated calcium salt of natural lactic acid produced by Galactic through fermentation. This innovative pearl form of calcium lactate pentahydrate offers high purity that improves solubility while decreasing interactions such as oxidation and separation. The pearl shape provides high performance in terms of solubility, dissolution rate, flowability, and floodability. The granulated pearl format makes this product particularly well-suited for dry blending operations, tablet pressing, and applications where dust-free handling is preferred. With a rapid dissolution rate of 38 seconds per 1000 mg in 250 mL, Galaxium Pearls Excel integrates quickly and consistently in both wet and dry formulations. In confectionery, the pearls enhance gel strength and enable mineral fortification. In plant-based foods and beverages, they provide a clean-label calcium source that dissolves readily without affecting taste. Galaxium Pearls Excel is formulated to exceed the highest quality standards of the food and cosmetic industries.
