Overview
Bonderite® M-ZN 860XT (formally known as BONDERITE 860 XT) is a highly engineered phosphating agent to improve crystal formation of zinc phosphate on steel surfaces. Bonderite® M-ZN 860XT provides a dense, penetrative coating on steel surfaces to aid in cold forming metalworking operations.

Bonderite® M-ZN 860XT can be used in a range of dosage rates that are dependent on metal substrate type, forming operation and more. A basic recommended starting point is 50 lbs. of M-ZN 860XT per 100 gallons.
