PREPALENE® X
PREPALENE® X is a specialized metal conditioning rinse designed for the cleaning and preparing of metal substrates, such as aluminum, iron, steel, zinc, and zinc alloys, for phosphate coating applications.
PREPALENE® X is a high-quality liquid conditioning solution formulated by Henkel for the pre-treatment of metal surfaces to promote the formation of uniform phosphate coatings with superior adhesion and durability. It exhibits excellent compatibility with a range of substrates, including aluminum, iron, steel, zinc, and zinc alloys, and provides a good tolerance for hard water conditions. PREPALENE® X can be applied using immersion or spray processing to individual metals or in mixed metal productions.
