Overview
METHOCEL™ F450M Food is a water-soluble polymer derived from cellulose. This grade complies with the most common Food standards. Methocel products are used as thickeners, binders, water retention aids, and also function as suspension aids, surfactants, lubricity aids, and emulsifiers. Since various properties are present in a formulation Methocel is an economical preferred choice versus other polymers.
