Overview
KORALONE™ B-119 is a 19% BIT-based preservative (1,2 Benzisothiazolin-3-one) similar to ROCIMA™ BT 2S and BT NV2 but carries EPA approvals for use in household, institutional, and industrial cleaning products.
KORALONE™ B-119 offers exceptional stability in high-pH formulations and at elevated temperatures. It also features improved compatibility compared to other isothiazolinone actives, especially in the presence of amines, quats, and anionic surfactants.
KORALONE™ B-119 is registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and has been granted EPA Registration No. 80285-2-707 for use in various types of cleaning products and detergents.
