Diakon® CTG825 is a toughened PMMA compound containing an impact modifier. It has very high impact strength for parts made by injection molding and extrusion.
Diakon® CTG825 is a polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) compound designed for high impact resistance and durability for manufacturing acrylic parts. It is based on the Diakon® CMG302 polymer and is compounded with an impact modifier. Diakon® CTG825 provides a high degree of light transmission and possesses optical properties useful for creating durable injection molded and extruded parts such as automotive interior and exterior parts and lighting fixtures. With Diakon® CTG825’s high impact resistance, the melt flow index is reduced. Therefore, this grade is recommended for filling molds that facilitate controlled and even filling.
