Part of the TraSys^® product line, Stoner RotoFlow™ is a high-efficiency mold coating for rotomolded polyolefin and nylon resins. This easy-to-use aerosol formula is designed to aid the flow of polyolefin and nylon resins into difficult areas such as inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities, producing fully-molded parts and removing voids, pinholes, bridging, thinning, and static lines from the surface; this can increase part quality and production efficiency, as well as reduce operational waste, contributing to higher production levels in less time. RotoFlow™ is sprayed directly onto the internal mold surface and does not contain ozone-depleting substances or chlorinated solvents, making it suitable for use with most metal surfaces.
