Overview
HI TEMP ACID 1000™ is a blend of nitric and phosphoric acid detergent used at high temperatures to dissolve scale on evaporators, and high-temperature processing equipment.
HI TEMP ACID 1000™ has been designed for clean in place applications for dairy (whey evaporators) and food processing facilities.
HI TEMP ACID 1000™ can also be designed for soak and circulation cleaning. HI TEMP ACID 1000™ is ideal for penetrating and dissolving mineral scale and helps to prevent corrosion on stainless steel surfaces.
HI TEMP ACID 1000™ is not for manual or foaming cleaning applications, nor for use with soft metal surfaces (galvanized steel).

- High-Temperature range up to (110°F - 160°F)
- Dissolves mineral scale
- Maintains oxide film on stainless steel
- Corrosion inhibitor
- Add Rates 0.75-2.0% by volume
- Cleaning Time: 10 to 20 mins for most scale
- Methods: CIP and soak (post potable water rinse required)
