Overview
HiTEC® 5710 performance viscosity index improver (VII) is based on dispersant polymethacrylate (PMA) chemistry. It is recommended for formulating fluids where low-temperature properties and shear stability are important.
HiTEC® 5710 VII is compatible with Group I and Group II base oils and can be used at varying treat levels for varied final fluid performance. It is a versatile lubricant additive that can be used in formulations for tractor hydraulic fluids and automatic transmission fluids requiring low-temperature performance.
