Primary Chemistry:
Halocarbon® 1000N Oil is a premium lubricating oil from Halocarbon, formulated with polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) base.
Halocarbon® 1000N Oil is an ultra-high viscosity PCTFE lubricating oil engineered for extreme service environments where standard lubricating fluids fail. It is produced through a controlled polymerization and stabilization process to deliver exceptional quality and performance. It is the highest viscosity inert oil of Halocarbon’s line of reactive gas lubricants and is manufactured with a viscosity of 1000 cSt at 37.8°C. This fluorinated synthetic fluid provides superior film strength, low compressibility, thermal stability, and excellent lubrication for demanding operating conditions. Halocarbon® 1000N Oil is nonflammable, nonhazardous, and chemically inert, with no flash point, allowing it to be used in systems containing chlorine, oxygen, or other reactive gases. Halocarbon® 1000N Oil is recommended for use in reactive gas service applications, mechanical seal barrier systems, and as a general-purpose lubricant for bearings, gearboxes, compressors, and pumps.
