Primary Chemistry:
InfinX MRO KFC7 is an NSF H-1 food-grade grease from Halocarbon specifically engineered for roll bearings and rotary joints in corrugator machinery.
InfinX MRO KFC7 is a high-quality PFPE-based lubricating grease thickened with PTFE thickener and enhanced with anticorrosion additives. It is engineered for industrial roll bearings and rotary joints in paper corrugator machinery, enhancing performance and reliability. It offers excellent compatibility with all other PFPE greases and remains chemically inert to strong reactive chemicals, such as acids, bases, and strong oxidizers. As a corrugated bearing grease, InfinX MRO KFC7 can increase equipment reliability by keeping machines running smoothly and preventing operational downtime and maintenance needs, thereby extending service life and lowering costs.
Residue buildup from poor lubricant formulations
Thermal stress and fluid degradation in high-temperature conditions
Poor material compatibility of fluids with plastics, polymers, metals, or elastomers
Reduced operational efficiency from the chemical breakdown of fluids
