InfinX HaloVac® Ultra is a precision industrial fluid and fluorinated lubricant engineered by Halocarbon with optimal safety, reliability, and performance characteristics. It is nonflammable, chemically inert, and offers broad compatibility with a range of reactive materials, enhancing formulation possibilities and reducing exposure and safety risks. HaloVac® Ultra is formulated as part of Halocarbon’s new KF grease series using perfluoropolyether (PFPE) and enhanced with nonirradiated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro powders for enhanced chemical stability. It is an NLFI 2 grease with a high molecular weight of 10,000 g/mol and provides a low vapor pressure of 6.0x10^-11 torr at 20°C. Due to its excellent temperature resistance, HaloVac® Ultra provides superior lubrication across a wide temperature range from -34°C to 288°C. These properties make HaloVac® Ultra the ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications, including precision vacuum systems, cryogenic applications, plasma etching, oxygen and chlorine service, and sealing O-rings, gaskets, valves, and threaded connectors.
