Appearance: Water white liquid Kinematic viscosity @ 25°C, cSt: 20 Kinematic viscosity @ 40°C, cSt: 10 Density 25°C, g/cm³: 1.90 Specific Heat 25°C, J/(g·K): 1.0 CAS No 9002-83-9
Primary Chemistry:
MWF L+ is a high-quality fluorinated metalworking fluid engineered for demanding machining operations where conventional fluids and lubricants are insufficient.
MWF L+ is a lightweight, synthetic metalworking fluid formulated by Halocarbon with a high-quality polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) base. It provides excellent thermal tolerance for demanding operations under extreme temperatures, ensuring fluid reliability and equipment integrity. As a low-viscosity fluid, it helps form a protective barrier on metalworking equipment, offering exceptional lubrication and safeguarding parts from excessive wear. MWF L+ enables superior machinability and surface finish across various industrial applications, thereby increasing operational efficiency and improving product quality. As an inert, nonhazardous, and nonflammable fluid, it can be used in hazardous chemical processes and operations that involve strong acids or bases, flammable solvents, corrosive chemicals, hydrocarbons, strong oxidizers, and reactive gases.
