Halocarbon® 25-10MS is a high-viscosity polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE)-based grease formulated with a high-molecular-weight PCTFE thickener and enhanced with a rust-inhibiting additive to provide long-term corrosion protection in demanding operating conditions. Engineered through a controlled polymerization and stabilization process, this fluorinated grease delivers excellent lubricity, low compressibility, and high thermal and chemical stability for demanding operating conditions. As an inert, nonflammable, and nonreactive grease, it can be used in reactive applications that involve flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials and remains compatible with oxygen, chlorine, and other reactive gases. Halocarbon® 25-10MS is suitable for use sealing O-rings, threads, and gaskets, as well as for aerospace, oil refinery, chemical manufacturing, nuclear plants, assembly lube, and other applications where conventional hydrocarbon lubricants are unsuitable. All Halocarbon® oils are also available with anticorrosion additives upon request at no extra charge.
