Halocarbon® X90-10M
Halocarbon® X90-10M is a specially formulated polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) grease containing a low-viscosity PCTFE oil thickened with high-molecular-weight PCTFE powder. It is an NLGI 1 class grease and has a service temperature of -40°C to 95°C.
Halocarbon® X90-10M is a high-performance, chemically inert lubricating grease formulated from polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) and produced using a controlled polymerization and stabilization process. It is designed to perform in demanding environments requiring exceptional stability, precision, and chemical inertness. Halocarbon® X90-10M delivers excellent lubrication across a broad temperature range, remaining stabile in low temperatures as low as -40°C up to 95°C while maintaining low volatility. It exhibits excellent compatibility with a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, and elastomers, making it well suited for sealing O-rings, threads, and gaskets, as well as for aerospace, oil refinery, chemical manufacturing, nuclear plants, assembly lube, and other applications where conventional hydrocarbon lubricants are unsuitable. All Halocarbon® oils are also available with anticorrosion additives upon request at no extra charge.
