MSHV04 from Halocarbon is a specialty mechanical seal barrier fluid engineered for mechanical seal and high-velocity seals for centrifugal pumps, rotary mixers, agitators, and other mechanical equipment. Formulated with Halocarbon’s inert fluorinated fluid technology and oxidation resistance, this barrier fluid helps reduce fluid breakdown, extend seal reliability, maintain seal face temperatures, and prevent process fluid leaks in demanding equipment. MSHV04 is inert, nonflammable, and nonreactive, making it ideal for applications that handle hazardous or reactive fluids and gases. All Halocarbon® barrier fluids are also available with anticorrosion additives upon request at no extra charge.
