Halocarbon’s MSHV06 is a high-performance fluorinated mechanical seal barrier fluid, engineered for high-velocity, high-pressure applications operating in chemically aggressive or extreme-temperature environments. As a high-quality fluorinated fluid with a polychlorotrifluoroethylene (CAS No. 9002-83-9) base, it provides excellent lubrication at low processing temperatures and broad compatibility with materials. Due to its nontoxic, nonreactive, nonflammable, and chemically inert nature, it can be used in hazardous chemical processes and operations involving strong acids or bases, flammable solvents, corrosive chemicals, hydrocarbons, strong oxidizers, and reactive gases. MSHV06 can also be used across various industries, including petroleum refining, natural gas processing, chemical manufacturing, and the pulp and paper industry. All Halocarbon® barrier fluids are also available with anticorrosion additives upon request at no extra charge.
