HiTEC® 2505
HiTEC® 2505 is a premium, ashless turbine oil additive package for formulating turbine oils with group I, II, and III base stocks.
HiTEC® 2505 is a best-in-class, zinc-free performance additive for formulating turbine oils for open and combined cycle turbines, as well as gas and steam-driven turbines. This turbine oil additive package is engineered with a patented antioxidant system for unrivaled deposit, sludge, and varnish control. HiTEC® 2505 provides advanced filterability and stay-clean performance to turbine oils, improving the lifetime of valves, bearings, and filters, and preventing unplanned maintenance. Demulsifiers are formulated into the additive package to achieve exceptional demulsibility. Additionally, silicone-free antifoam prevents foaming and air entrapment. HiTEC® 2505 turbine oil additive can be blended with Group I, II and III base oils.

Applications
HiTEC® 2505 turbine additive package is intended to be used in the formulation of premium turbine oils. The recommended treat rate is between 0.7% and 0.8% wt. in appropriate base oils.
