HiTEC® 317 is a premium lubricant additive for formulating industrial gear oils with “clean-gear” performance. HiTEC® 317 helps retain high levels of phosphorous through the operational life of the lubricant, providing extended corrosion, wear & oxidation protection.
HiTEC® 317 exhibits incredible thermal and oxidative stability, increasing the lubrication cycle and reducing overall fluid consumption.

HiTEC® 317 is recommended for use at a treat rate between 1.3%wt and 2%wt in traditional mineral oils. HiTEC® 317 can be used in synthetic base stocks as well, however, addition of ester fluids may be required to increase additive solubility & compatibility.
