Overview
HiTEC® 350 multifunctional gear oil additive package can be used in formulated fluids to make automotive and industrial lubricants. It can also be utilized to blend cost-effective industrial gear oil, rock drill lubricants, grease, and various other industrial lubricants. Its versatility can benefit oil marketers by consolidating inventories, reducing operational complexities, and preventing blending mistakes. The additive provides exceptional extreme-pressure (EP) protection, prevents copper corrosion, exhibits strong demulsifying and antifoaming properties, and tolerates mild contamination. It also exhibits excellent stability during storage.

Problems Solved
There are several potential issues for gear oil formulators to consider, including contamination concerns, insufficient lubricity and extreme-pressure characteristics, corrosion, foaming, and oil incompatibility with seals. Poorly formulated gear oils can cause wear and damage in the gearbox, short oil lifespan, seal damage, leaks, and costly maintenance.
