HiTEC® 510M ashless performance additive has versatile applications in slideway oil, hydraulic fluid, and industrial gear lubricant formulation.
HiTEC® 510M ashless performance additive is engineered for precise frictional and cutting performance control in various industrial lubricants. It imparts excellent wear, oxidation, and corrosion resistance, as well as dynamic friction characteristics. The additive package can be used to enhance a wide range of slideway oils, hydraulic fluids, cutting oils, and industrial gear lubricants. Blenders benefit from its versatility, allowing for potential operational efficiencies, inventory consolidations, and reduced costs. Hydraulic oils properly blended with HiTEC® 510M can meet Fives P-47, P-50, and P-53, as well as Muller Weingarten specifications. In slideway applications, HiTEC® 152 tackifier can be added if additional tackiness is desired.

While machining, stick-slip can occur on slides when the waylube is underperforming or not properly held in place. This can lead to slips, jerky movements, and subpar machine tool operations. Equipment is more susceptible to wear, corrosion, vibration, and chatter. Additionally, sourcing and blending various additives to formulate different lubricants can be complex and costly.
