HiTEC® 55600 ashless turbine oil additive package demonstrates exceptional demulsification performance for long-term water separation.
HiTEC® 55600 ashless additive package is designed for the formulation of mainstream simple-cycle, combined-cycle, gas and steam turbine oils. It exhibits excellent demulsifying performance and is engineered with a synergistic antioxidant system for extended turbine oil life and longer drain intervals. This turbine oil additive is soluble in a wide range of Group I, II, and III base oils. The addition of HiTEC® 511T anti-wear and extreme-pressure additive is recommended for geared turbine applications.

Excessive water can emulsify into turbine oils, interrupting the oil film, which can lead to rust, corrosion, surface wear, and frequent oil drains. Turbine oils with poor stability at high temperatures can easily oxidize and degrade, forming sludge and deposits that dirty the system.
