Rilsan^® 5158 Grey RDP 15-10 FB is a corrosion resistant thermoplastic fluid bed powder containing polyamide 11. It contributes a smooth, glossy coating in a variety of applications including the coating of wire goods, piping components, machinery such as spline shafts, springs, metal substrates and more. It is applied via fluidized bed dipping and exhibits good adhesion, with over 2000 hours of adhesion after salt spray testing. It's excellent physical properties make it suitable for applications in high weathering or corrosive environments. This polyamide powder is obtained from renewable resources and has a 5 year shelf life.
