Rilsan® 820 Black MAC ES is a specialty polyamide 11 that exhibits superior protection to abrasions, corrosion and impacts, making it suitable as an anti-corrosion coating of wire goods, piping components, metal, springs and other components exposed to tough environments and strain. Arkema's MAC grades are recommended for outdoor application due to their improved weathering capabilities. It offers flexibility, good adhesion after over 2000 hr of salt spray testing as well as a low coefficient of friction.
