Overview
Born2Bond™ TA-90 is a high-performance threadlocking agent designed to provide reliable bonding and sealing for all types of threaded fasteners up to M6 in a wide range of industrial applications. Its anaerobic formulation allows it to cure in the absence of air when applied between close-fitting parts of various metals, including active and passive metals, forming a cohesive connection within 10 minutes at 20°C and reaching a full cure in 12 hours.
Born2Bond™ TA-22 withstands damage and loosening when subjected to extreme vibrations, chemical substances, and temperatures ranging from −55°C to 150°C. It is the ideal choice for applications with demanding conditions, such as mechanical parts assembly, machine engineering, gear manufacturing, engines, and powertrains.
