Ascorbyl Palmitate (CAS No. 137-66-6) food-grade antioxidant from Camlin Fine Science is a lipid-soluble derivative of Vitamin C used as a natural alternative to synthetic phenols. It functions as a high-quality food additive to prevent auto-oxidation in food products and the deterioration of flavors and odors, extending the shelf life of products. This Ascorbyl Palmitate is insoluble in water and exhibits excellent heat stability.
