NaSure® 137 is a naturally sourced antioxidant blend containing highly refined rosemary oil that has been deodorized, decolorized, and deflavored. It delivers potent antioxidant power, protecting food and beverage products from unwanted oxidative reactions that can have a negative impact on flavor, texture, and odor. NaSure® 137 helps to extend the shelf life of products without the changes in flavor or aroma that are commonly associated with other naturally sourced antioxidants. NaSure® 137 can be used in the production of margarines, spreads, dressings, baked goods, seasonings, snacks, beverages, fats, oils, and meat and poultry.
