Overview
NaSure® 88 is a premium-quality rosemary extract antioxidant powder recommended for addition to food and beverage formulations as a shelf life solution to protect products from oxidative reactions, like auto-oxidation, photo-oxidation, and enzymatic oxidation. It is one of the dry rosemary extract antioxidants within Camlin Fine Sciences' line of NaSure rosemary, green tea, and mixed tocopherol antioxidants. As a natural plant-based ingredient, NaSure® 88 sustainably protects food, preventing unwanted changes in texture, taste, or nutritional quality and extending the shelf life of products. NaSure® 88 can be used in the production of spices, seasonings, sauces, soups, poultry, and other meat products.
