Overview
Beta-Carotene is a nature-identical red/orange carotenoid that is a precursor of Vitamin A and occurs naturally in plants and fruits. This grade functions as a stable, non-certified colorant. It is also a source of ProVitamin A and provides safe levels of Vitamin A to support immune function, eye, skin, and cardiovascular health. It also demonstrates strong antioxidant properties.

Applications
Used as a coloring agent or as a nutrient especially for the popcorn industry.
Can also be used for oils, fats, and oil based foods where antioxidant system is applicable (margarine, cheese, ice cream, mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, bakery products, soups). Also can be used in soft gelatin capsules.
