Lutein 10% DC/AF is a free-flowing microencapsulated beadlet standardized to 10% lutein. It is ideal for water-based applications, such as beverages, tablets, capsules, and premixes.
This 10% beadlet grade contains finely dispersed free lutein (natural and nonesterified) extracted from marigold flowers in a matrix of non-GMO modified starch and glucose syrup. DL-alpha tocopherol and sodium ascorbate are added to maintain product quality over the shelf life.
