Overview
Dow PARALOID™ BTA Impact Modifiers are designed for use in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film and sheet applications. PARALOID™ BTA-730 is a methacrylate butadiene styrene (MBS) impact modifier that imparts impact resistance, clarity, and crease whitening resistance for general-purpose applications. PARALOID™ BTA-730 is recommended for use in transparent PVC applications, such as bottles or containers utilizing blow molding processing. This spherical, free-flowing white powder enables dust-free mixing, fast fusion, and high-output production, making it ideal for blow molding, calendering, and extrusion processes.
