MOLYKOTE® 7400 Anti-Friction Coating is an air-cured dry lubricant for metal-on-metal surfaces that experience slow to medium speeds and high loads. MOLYKOTE® 7400 Anti-Friction Coating provides a low coefficient of friction and high load-carrying capability.
MOLYKOTE® 7400 Anti-Friction Coating is also free of flammable solvents. It is a water-based product with solid lubricants, stabilizers, and inhibitors.

MOLYKOTE® 7400 Anti-Friction Coating (AFC) is ideal for applications that may encounter contaminants. It is a go-to solution for running-in periods of new equipment. The cured film layer of MOLYKOTE® 7400 AFC has good resistance to the following: Fuels Brake fluids Alcohols Deionized water Cutting fluids Synthetic oils Dewatering fluids Detergents MOLYKOTE® 7400 AFC can be applied via most common methods, including centrifuging, automatic dipping, automatic spraying, and brushing.
