Overview
MOLYKOTE® 316 silicone release lubricant is a premium silicone release agent (anti-stick agent). The film left behind by MOLYKOTE® 316 silicone release agent is extremely resilient and does not break down due to oxidation like mineral oil–based lubricants.
MOLYKOTE® 316 silicone dry film lubricant is approved for food applications and meets the specifications set out in FDA 21 CFR 175.300. MOLYKOTE® 316 silicone lubricant also provides lightweight secondary dry lubrication.
