Silopren™ LSR 4070 is a two-component liquid silicone used to injection mold low-durometer parts. Silopren™ LSR 4070 offers silicone manufacturers 1:1 mix ratios that are transparent, easily pigmented, and processed. Silopren™ LSR 4070 is FDA and USP Class VI- compliant, making it suitable for healthcare applications.
Momentive performance materials such as Silopren™ LSR 4070 offer medical devices with high transparency and excellent rubber-elastic properties. After vulcanization and incorporation of Silopren™ LSR 4070, silicone rubber exhibits outstanding properties for silicone medical devices from biocompatibility, sterilization, and high thermal stability.
