Momentive FSE 7540 is a 40-durometer fluorosilicone rubber commonly used in applications that demand exceptional resistance to fuel, solvents, and low temperatures. Various types of blended peroxides allow FSE 7540 fluorosilicone to be customized and shaped, extruded, or calendered. Fuel resistance, high rip strength, and outstanding low-temperature qualities are some of its most common uses in the automotive and aerospace industries.
