Overview
Silplus™ 60 HS is a high-strength, peroxide-cured silicone rubber with a Shore A hardness of 60. Designed for demanding applications, this heat-cured silicone rubber lends superior tear strength, mechanical durability, and dielectric performance compared to competitive materials. The Momentive Silplus™ HS grades are designed and optimized for extrusion, molding, and calendering and can be blended with other Silplus™ grades to achieve custom durometer profiles. Silplus™ 60 HS provides excellent green strength, making it ideal for high-performance parts in automotive, electronics, and industrial machinery.
