Overview
SilForce™ SS4300C is a low-viscosity reactive poly methylhydrogen siloxane cross-linker commonly used in curing vinyl silicone coatings. SilForce™ SS4300C is compatible with most vinyl functional silicone polymers and can be used in both solvent-based and solventless coating systems. SilForce™ SS4300C is most commonly used as a curative when the anchorage of silicone solids on a difficult substrate is of concern. For example, it is most often used as a curative for silicone release coatings that are being applied to clay coats and PET films. Release coatings cured with SilForce™ SS4300C exhibit outstanding anchorage and see frequent use in packaging and converting applications.
