Overview
SilGrip™ PSA345SM is a silicone emulsion that is designed to be used as an additive in acrylic and rubber pressure sensitive adhesive formulations. SIlGrip™ PSA345SM improves adhesion, high temperature shear resistance, and clean release of pressure sensitive adhesives. to low energy surfaces like polyolefins and silicone release liners.

Applications
SilGrip™ PSA345SM is recommended to be added directly to pressure sensitive adhesives at 0.5-2.0% based on adhesive solids. Through mixing is recommended. If further enhancement of properties is required up to 10% of SilGrip™ PSASM can be added. If improvement of lap shear is desired, small amounts of SilGrip™ PSASM can be catalyzed with 2.0% benzoyl peroxide and combined with the adhesive.
