Armoslip® CP - Beads
Armoslip® CP is formulated from refined oleamides. It provides an excellent slip effect and has a moderate performance when used for antiblocking.
Armoslip® CP - Beads improve processing and end performance by reducing friction and adhesion forces between the processing equipment and the polymer, as well as polymer-to-polymer surfaces. A thin film of Armoslip® CP develops on the surface of the finished product, resulting in an exceptional slip effect and a balanced antiblocking performance. The final product's mechanical and optical properties remain largely unchanged.
Armoslip® CP has a broad application in various thermoplastic polymers. The addition level can range from 0.05% to 0.3%, depending on the desired slip effect and the presence of other additives. Armoslip® CP functions as a demolding agent and provides scratch resistance in PP compounds with high fillers. Armoslip® CP can enhance the penetration, flexibility, and slip or seal properties of wax and resin-coated paper and paperboard.
