REWITEC® GR400 is a synthetic, high-temperature coating grease for all types of bearings and gears, that provides excellent adhesion, water resistance, temperature resistance, and double wear protection. This high-performance fluid has a temperature range of −50 bis +200°C.

REWITEC® GR400 is a specialty engine oil additive formulated as a 1:1 replacement for existing grease for all kinds of gears and bearings available in 400 g cartridges. It can smooth the running surface of treated bearings, such as ball, roller, and plain bearings, or main, generator, and pitch bearings in wind turbines, to reduce wear and roughness on metal surfaces. This improves fuel efficiency, reduces engine noise, and extends the service life of equipment. This multi-purpose fluid additive also provides double-wear protection with excellent adhesion, water resistance, load-carrying capacity, and heat resistance for extreme temperatures as high as +220°C. REWITEC® GR400 is appropriate for a variety of applications with both gasoline and diesel engines and can be added to any type of engine oil, including greases and industrial gear oils.
The use of REWITEC® GR400 can also help reduce harmful emissions, as it reduces the amount of energy required to operate engines, leading to lower fuel consumption.
