Overview
REWITEC® DuraGear® 100 is a high-performance surface repair additive formulated to treat gearboxes up to 100-liter oil volume. It improves film formation and wear protection for all types of gearboxes, including heavy-duty, off-road, passenger cars, and manual and automatic vehicles by coating the surface to prevent damage, extend the lifetime, and improve maintenance intervals. This lubricating additive also significantly improves the scuffing load capacity and surface finishing of gears during operation to reduce code of idleness and spare parts demand. REWITEC® DuraGear® 5 helps to reduce friction in bearings and gears by up to 33% and reduce roughness on metal surfaces by up to 50%.
