FB-210 B60 is a heat-reactive liquid phenolic resin that provides chemical and anti-corrosion resistance for various metal coating applications.
FB-210 B60 from the SI Group benefits metal can coatings by providing internal protective layers were chemical and anti-corrosion resistance. Compatible with epoxy resins type 4, 7, or 9 and saturated polyesters, FB-210 B60 resin is used for heatcuring phenolic/epoxy and phenolic/polyester systems where light color properties, chemical resistance, and physical hardness are required.
The SI Group FB-210 B60 should be combined with epoxy resins a phenolic/epoxy ratio from 10/90 to 40/60 (solids on solids) or saturated polyester up to 20%. As a phenolic resin for high-performance and demanding metal coatings, FB-210 B60 offers great physical properties, scratch resistance, thermal stability, and ease of application.
